Thoughts on the Journey On relaxation exercise:

What a wonderful way to instantaneously go beyond an academic understanding of the mind-body connection to experience it first hand. The techniques worked quickly and clearly and I found the experience both relaxing and pleasurable, increasing my feelings of calm, peacefulness and physical wellbeing, and intellectually profound, since the experience proves the connection between mind and body demonstrably.

  1. Hello Deb! I agree that learning about these relaxation techniques in a book is one thing, but actually doing it brings a whole new light to the experience. I really enjoyed this excersie and am going to try to do more like it in the future!
